I use Glitter Dust because during the shows I do not like using oil. The oil leaves my pigs looking greasy and doesn't provide that shine I am looking for. With Glitter Dust it sprays onto my pigs in a fine mist and makes them look shiny and show ready! Thanks Glitter Dust.

Showing pigs has been a lifestyle growing up in our family. Last year showing pigs took a change in our barn when we started using the product Glitter Dust. Glitter Dust is a hair and skin product that will help your barrow or gilt excel in presentation. Last year at the World Pork Expo Joseph Parker and Walter Colvin introduced me to this product and after discussing it with them I knew it was time for our program to jump on board. In today's livestock world there are multiple skin and hair conditioners that work wonders but if you had to ask anyone in our family their favorite would be Glitter Dust. In our program we use Glitter Dust in multiple ways. Every morning and night when we would let our pigs out the first thing they do is go to the wash rack. After the pig has been washed and dried off we apply Glitter Dust and walk the pig for 20 to 30 minutes. One of my favorite benefits of using Glitter Dust is no matter what the temperature is outside, Glitter Dust does not make the pigs get hotter, which helps them not wear down on the drive. Another thing we like to use Glitter Dust for is tanning pigs. In addition to walking and washing pigs everyday, in the afternoon we would apply Glitter Dust to all the pigs that need darkened up walked them for an additional 40 minutes in the sunlight to help with the darkening process. We have also made the conclusion that Glitter Dust works wonders on show day. On show day when getting the pigs ready to go into the ring we like to apply Glitter Dust to our darker barrows and gilts to give them that champion shine everyone wants in the ring. If I had to give Glitter Dust a rating, it's and easy 5 stars. Not only is it an affordable product but it does an excellent job. It's not as thick as other products which makes me believe why pigs do not get as warm with it on. The Glitter Dust crew are great people to work with and have made a huge impact on our families success.
